Bingo0xBingo0x: Joining the 2023 opBNB Test
Bingo0x’s 2023 Bingo Mania test used opBNB Testnet for its Web3 bingo event. Its entry instructions placed network selection before Start game, followed by sign-in through an Ultiverse account or a wallet.
- Event network
- opBNB Testnet for the August 2023 campaign.
- Sign-in options
- An Ultiverse account or a wallet, after selecting opBNB Testnet and choosing Start game.
- Competition window
- August 14, 2023, at 14:00 UTC to August 28, 2023, at 14:00 UTC.
- Daily Ticket claim
- The August 9, 2023 announcement tied claims of 1,000 Tickets each day to on-chain activity on opBNB Testnet.
Network selection before sign-in
The August 12, 2023 participation tutorial gave this entry order for the test:
- Choose Play Now to open the game.
- Select opBNB Testnet in the upper-right network dropdown.
- Choose Start game.
- Sign in with an Ultiverse account or a wallet.
Check-ins and the activity condition
After login, the tutorial directed participants to the upper-right calendar icon for daily check-ins and reward claims. Bingo0x’s August 9, 2023 campaign announcement tied the daily 1,000-Ticket claim to on-chain activity on opBNB Testnet.
The announcement did not identify a qualifying transaction type or an activity threshold for the daily Ticket claim.
Account and wallet entry compared
Consider two hypothetical participants who have selected opBNB Testnet and chosen Start game during the August 2023 test. Neither has completed any on-chain activity on that testnet. One plans to use an Ultiverse account; the other plans to use a wallet.
Both have a documented sign-in option, but neither has met the on-chain condition for the advertised daily claim. Changing the chosen credentials would leave that missing prerequisite unchanged.
Leaderboard prizes and the event window
The August 9, 2023 announcement specified daily leaderboard updates based on USDT holdings during the 14-day competition.
The announcement reserved its leaderboard prizes for the top 50 players, so entering a round did not guarantee those prizes.
